Disclaimer. Trips may be cancelled due to unforeseen weather or circumstance. We will refund fully those trips or offer an alternative trip to attend.

If you need to cancel your trip, as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. In extreme circumstances this refund may be made available within that timeframe at the discretion of the staff at the Glass Bottomed Boat.

No refund will be given if the trip is already in motion and you have just arrived too late. If you are unsure, and that you may arrive too late, please ring us immediately, we will do our best to help.
